Christopher Bauer focuses his practice in the areas of energy and business litigation.  He is involved throughout the litigation process, from pleadings to mediation, drafting various dispositive and non-dispositive motions.  Christopher is also a member of the firm’s Appellate Litigation Practice Group and regularly reviews newly published opinions from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.

Christopher will be clerking for the Honorable Robert W. Trumble of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia from 2017–2018.
