Dawn Holiday’s primary focus is helping her clients obtain a satisfactory resolution to litigation matters.  Dawn works with clients to determine the most appropriate strategy for each matter at every stage of the litigation process. As an experienced negotiator, Dawn is helpful if settlement is the most appropriate course of action. As a trial and appellate lawyer, she has tried cases in a number of Texas courts and often advises trial lawyers on issues that arise in trial court proceedings that could impact a potential appeal. Dawn handles a variety of multi-party lawsuits in the areas of employment litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, complex civil litigation, and general liability defense. Clients appreciate Dawn’s understanding of how litigation impacts their business strategy and she often advises clients on how to minimize the risks of costly and stressful litigation before litigation ensues.
