Tyler Adkins is an associate in the firm’s litigation department and represents law enforcement personnel and governmental entities in matters alleging deprivation of civil rights.  Additionally, Tyler represents regional coal companies in violations of the Mine Safety Act.  Tyler is also instrumental in defending  insurance companies, corporations, and small businesses in a variety of litigation matters.

He routinely handles cases in both state and federal courts in Kentucky and West Virginia.
